Hi there.  The paper drawer (2) on my HP LaserJet 1320 will only open about 1".   I think the tray is empty, but I can't open it to refill it.  I have check all openings in the printer and I can't seem to access the problem.  Any suggestions?

Probably the paper lifter is in up position. From the lower back side take a look inside the drawer and if the metal paper lifter is in up position the paper is stuck, you can use a thin object like a screwdriver to manually lower the paper lifter, keep it lowered and pull the tray out.
