Product: HP Officejet Pro 9015
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

this printer has serious (and obvious) paper tray design issues - it defaults and locks into legal size paper - to use 8-1/2 x 11 paper you have to press a button on the bottom of the tray to get the slide to match the paper size but it does no lock in there. because of this there are constant error messages (tray not all the way in) - and constant paper pickup issues - either not picking up or picking up 2 or 3 or more sheets at a time. how HP let this get through is a mystery
