My HP printer paper is not feeding into the printer. Makes all the sounds of printing but paper doesn't enter the printer. I have attempted all of the troubleshooting suggestions, went to my Best Buy store, and it still isn't printing. They said to contact you as they don't have hardware for it.

@80Pete, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer issue!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
I’m really sorry to hear that your printer is giving you a hard time – especially after you’ve already tried all the troubleshooting steps and even made a trip to Best Buy. I know how frustrating it can be when you're ready to print something, and the paper just won’t cooperate. Let’s see if we can get this sorted out together.
Since you mentioned the printer makes all the printing sounds but the paper isn't feeding in, it sounds like it might be a hardware-related issue – possibly with the paper feed rollers or internal mechanism.
A couple of quick things to double-check (just in case):
Try using a fresh stack of paper – sometimes humidity or curled edges can affect the feed.
Make sure there’s nothing stuck deep in the paper path (even tiny bits can cause issues).
If the rollers look dusty or worn, gently cleaning them with a lint-free cloth and a bit of distilled water can help.
Take care, and have an amazing day!
