HP Recommended

Says there’s a paperjam and when I cleared it the printer spurs out 3 clean sheets of paper and gets jammed again. I flipped the printer over and found the spring was not connected but it’s already been corrected. It just all of a sudden started doing this and I’ve tried turning it off and pressing power for 15 seconds and it continues to jam. Is there something i can do?
