Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Mijn Officejet 6500 709N. De papierinvoer vanuit de papierlade werkt niet meer, ik krijg ondanks een correct gevulde papierlade telkens de melding papier is op.

Echter als ik het paier een cm of vijf verder de printer indrukt dan wordt het papier wel opgepakt.

Ik heb alle adviezen uitgevoerd, zoals alle rollen schoonmaken etc.

Wat zou de oorzaak kunnen zijn?? zouden de rollen die het paper in de printer trekken defect kunnen zijn en zijn deze nog te repareren?
