My HP 9025 printer wont load paper.  Wheels spin and the printer then  says there is a paper jam.  But there isnt.  Seems to be problem with wheels pulling up fresh sheet of paper.

Hi babes

First of all, to rule out that it is a problem at the hardware level, try these steps to try to resolve the problem:

  1. Check the Paper Path:

    • Open the printer and inspect the paper path for any debris or obstructions.

    • Ensure the paper tray is properly aligned and the paper guides are adjusted to fit the paper snugly.

  2. Clean the Rollers:

    • Turn off the printer and unplug it.

    • Locate the gray paper feed rollers and gently clean them with a lint-free cloth dampened with distilled water.

    • Allow the rollers to dry completely before turning the printer back on.

  3. Use High-Quality Paper:

    • Ensure you're using paper that meets the printer's specifications. Low-quality or damaged paper can cause feeding issues.

  4. Reset the Printer:

    • Turn off the printer, unplug it, and wait for about 60 seconds.

    • Plug it back in and turn it on to reset the internal components.

  5. Update Firmware:

I hope the above is helpful!
