My HP 9025 printer wont load paper. Wheels spin and the printer then says there is a paper jam. But there isnt. Seems to be problem with wheels pulling up fresh sheet of paper.

Hi babes
First of all, to rule out that it is a problem at the hardware level, try these steps to try to resolve the problem:
Check the Paper Path:
Open the printer and inspect the paper path for any debris or obstructions.
Ensure the paper tray is properly aligned and the paper guides are adjusted to fit the paper snugly.
Clean the Rollers:
Turn off the printer and unplug it.
Locate the gray paper feed rollers and gently clean them with a lint-free cloth dampened with distilled water.
Allow the rollers to dry completely before turning the printer back on.
Use High-Quality Paper:
Ensure you're using paper that meets the printer's specifications. Low-quality or damaged paper can cause feeding issues.
Reset the Printer:
Turn off the printer, unplug it, and wait for about 60 seconds.
Plug it back in and turn it on to reset the internal components.
Update Firmware:
Check for any firmware updates for your printer on the Welcome to HP Software and Drivers Updates can sometimes resolve hardware-related issues.
I hope the above is helpful!
