I'm trying to print an A4 sized photo on A4 sized photo paper. When I print it on regular paper the photo fits perfectly on the page, with a neat 3mm border around the whole photo. But, when I try to print the photo on photo paper (Kodak Satin 280GSM or AGFA Professional 260GSM), part of the photo is missing. There is a white space about 3cm wide at the short side of the paper. It looks as though the printer is having trouble picking up the photo paper, although it feeds regular paper perfectly. I have the HP OfficeJet Pro 9020e.
