Product: HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3545 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey
My printer will not accept photo paper. I have tried matte and glossy, various brands. The paper will simply not go through the rollers. I then have to remove it manually. I have tried it numerous times.
My little screen with options does NOT have an option to change the paper settings. There are many options but nothing related to this. Similarly, the HP website has no options that help.
Is there anything I can do? I can print photos on regular copy paper but the results are terrible. Can I make any adjustments to the print carriage or anything else inside?
If nothing else, do they sell a “thin” photo paper?
Thanks for your help.
