HP Envy Photo 7134

Hello, everytime I try to print on a photo paper A4 the paper gets jammed. When I open the printer the paper is fine in one piece and nothing is printed on it. I have selected photo paper in the printer setting and I tried to print from my phone as well as from my computer but with the same result. Occasionally, the paper goes through and is printing fine but most of the time the paper jam happens. Can you please help me to fix it? Thank you

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

  • Step 1: Clear jammed paper from the printer
  • Step 2: Make sure the carriage can move freely
  • Step 3: Clean the paper feed rollers
  • Step 4: Reset the printer
  • Step 5: Service the printer
  • Click here: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c05556825 to complete the troubleshooting steps.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
