Photo printing 4x6 on Deskjet 3700

Every time I print a 4x6 photo it only prints the phot on 3/4 of the paper 

No matter what I have tried it's exactly the same

• The printer supports HP Photo paper (and likely other high-grade paper brands) to 300 gsm, glossy surface.
• Printer supports 4x6 inch photo paper.
• The printer does not support Borderless.

Print Quality

If the printer is dirty,

If the paper size / type is not recognized correctly,

If the paper is too heavy for the printer or if the paper type is not a good match to the paper weight,

If the settings are wrong for the current job,

(then)

The paper can "drag".

The print-on-paper process might start late.

Check / Correct Issues

Print Margins

This printer series requires a larger bottom margin.

No, this does not mean the photo should print as shown in your examples.

The larger margin does mean that the settings must accommodate the 1/2 inch along the bottom.

Changing the orientation doesn't work because the larger margin just swings to the side...
