Why is it that when I print a document that is 13.5cm x 27cm (square ratio card template) on normal printer paper, it aligns and prints in the perfect position.  But when I make zero changes except to use light weight cardstock instead, the printing position shifts down?  This is not an isolated incident (if the card gets a bit stuck) - it happens EVERY time and prints in exactly the same (incorrect) position?  It does not make sense to me... please help.

Are you changing the paper type to cardstock when you go to print on cardstock media? I ask because while you said you made no changes, I wanted to confirm that. If you have not tried setting paper type to cardstock I would do that to see if it makes a difference.
