Print carriage issue

macOS 10.15 Catalina

Carriage jam where nothing is there . The printer head can move easily manually and even seems that it happened after asking for a paper feed cleaning. Tried all kind to reset the printer without any result . Any idea what I could try. ?

it seems also that the initialization programme does not work properly

I understand you are not able to print due to this issue. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in these documents - 'Carriage Jam' or 'E3' Error Displays and A 'Paper Jam' Error Displays on the HP ENVY 120 e-All-in-One Printer Series


If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware failure. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
