Microsoft Windows 11

Except for and occasional jam, I've never had any problems with my HP Officejet Pro 8620. Just this morning, it started taking too long to print. It sounds like it's trying and will eventually print, but shouldn't take as long as it does. I just cleaned as many rollers as I could find, then ran a commercial cleaner through.  It's connected by USB, Wifi and ethernet. Thanks for any suggestions

Check the installed driver as this behavior is common when Windows replaces the HP driver with a Microsoft IPP driver and this can happen during any Windows updates.
