jams begin almost as soon as the paper is starting to be pulled up to print. Have tried over the last few days to remove all the jammed paper I can find, but the jams continue. I've tried to find all the bits of paper, but can't find some of the areas to open that appear in the directions and the instructions i got from the AI chat - anyone out there who can hel?

Hi @kathya2,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
We know how frustrating it is when every print job starts with a promise, only to be halted by another jam. It sounds like you’ve already done your part in trying to remove the paper pieces. Let’s guide you through the rest to help your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e get back to smooth, reliable printing.
Step-by-Step: Clear Paper Jams More Thoroughly
Jams near the initial paper pull are often caused by debris in hidden feed areas or rollers. Here’s how to check everything safely:
1. Check the Rear Access Door
- Power off the printer and unplug it.
- At the back of the printer, look for a grey rear access panel or door.
- Open it and gently remove any visible jammed paper.
- Use a flashlight to look for small scraps or curled edges.
2. Check the Input Tray Area
- Remove the paper from the input tray completely.
- Tilt the printer slightly and inspect where the paper feeds up—look for torn bits caught in the rollers.
- You can clean the rollers with a lint-free cloth lightly dampened with distilled water.
3. Open the Front Ink Access Area
- Open the front door to access the ink cartridges.
- With the printer unplugged, gently move the carriage to the left or right to check for obstructions behind it.
- Shine a flashlight inside; sometimes bits of paper are tucked along the print path, just out of sight.
4. Reset the Printer
After clearing all areas:
- Plug the printer back in and power it on.
- Try printing a blank page from your computer or the HP Smart app.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
