Just went from 9015 to 9125e. Envelopes will not load. Keeps thinking wrong size paper no matter what I do. Tried all the stuff. Someone last year had same issue on 9015 which I did NOT have the issue on and fixed it with different envelope. That did not help me. Has anyone found a solution?

I am not at all sure the OfficeJet Pro 9125e is enough like the older 9015 to explain paper load issues.
Possibly?
There are visual differences in the tray section between the OfficeJet Pro 9025 and the new OfficeJet Pro 9135e, though the comparison is perhaps not worth your consideration -- both the 9025 and the 9135e have two trays, just one of which can be used for envelopes. I've not used the single tray models.
True - the envelope structure and size has much to do with whether a given printer supports it.
True, too -- There are limited things to try -- "All the stuff" perhaps covers the options?
Can you tell us more about what is happening?
For example,
What is the envelope size?
Is the envelope a standard type (plain white, standard flap, standard paper weight (20-24 lb)?
Which application / software are you using to create and print the Envelope?
Do you have the Full Feature Software / full driver printer software installed?
What are the settings in EWS - Paper > Trays (Tray and Paper) for both paper size and type?
Example - EWS - Section Paper > Trays
EWS_9135_Tray_and_Paper_3
