I HAVE RAISED A COMPLAINT TO HE SERVICE ON 31/10/2024 AND STILL NO ACTION TAKEN ON THEM. MY CASE NO IS. [edit]. WORST SERVICE. I HAVE NEVER EXPECT THIS SERVICE FROM HP SIDE. STILL NO ONE CALL ME ABOUT MY ISSUE. ALSO I PURCHASE MY PRINTER ON 05/01/2024 AND ITS SHOWN WARRENTY EXPIRED. LET ME KNOW HOW CAN IT EXPIRE ON 8 MONTHS OR 9 MONTS.

Hii, still no one call me from your side. Its almost week done to generate Case ID. Every time i call to customer care no but its directly cut after some time. I suggest give me one engineers number to direct call. I frusted now.
