Dear all,

Please help me fix this error.

I  replace the Fuser but not fix.

According to technical documentation this error is usually caused when trying to print on a unit that had either an internal or external finisher and that device has been removed, without replacing the flag assembly that is used for standard output bin.

I removed paper, 

I trying print 2 or more pages but paper jam again.

I replaced the Fuser and check red area, it's not broken.

Please help me 😞

Either a fin is broken on the guide or it is not moving properly.
