Microsoft Windows 11

Hi I'm sure many of you have asked this question before.

But are there any servicing options for HP Printers in the UK?  If not, why not.  Are we not supposed to be in an age where companies are responsible for the serviceability of their products?  If if they do, why are they not making it easier to find!!

I've had the paper jam issue for ages and nothing seems to work?  Any suggestions, the only thing that has worked is turning of the wifi and as well as the printer but i'm not doing that every time there is a 'paper jam message' the other occupants in the house will kill me.

I am not sure that expected support in years has been finalized yet. The challenge with some products is that the technician time required can often exceed the price of the device, so providing service becomes a challenge as customer's opt to purchase new when they find out that the bill is more than they expected. Not sure what service is like on that side of the Atlantic, but most HP service partners cannot get parts or manuals, making the job even more complicated. I suggest you look for a local PC shop that might have someone on staff with experience.
