HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 4301fdw Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

Having issues printing business cards with Avery 8871 template on HP LaserJet 4301 printer. Using cardboard in trays 1 and 2. Results in major paper jams, wasting time and templates. Has anyone encountered this problem? Looking for solutions.

Please share if you've faced similar issues or know how to resolve this. Any tips on printer settings, alternative media, or workarounds would be greatly appreciated.

The printer supports Index paper weight to 200 gsm.

That weight is sufficient for printing labels -- business card paper weight is heavier.

If you can find a business card paper close to the Index Card weight (200 gsm), the printer might be able to print lighter single-side business cards
