HP Recommended

Hello, I am having a issue with my printer saying that I have a paper jam but  Have cleaned everything, I have blow it out with air, I have tried doing the power cycle that has been suggested by other and I have also cleaned my rollers as suggested. I am not sure what it is that I am missing PLEASE HELP!! I have a HP officejet pro 8025e
