I am unable to print anything from thsi printer. When I start the printer, it display message - Remove jammed paper. I check multiple time, there is no paper jam. IF I proceed further i get printer Failure 0x6100004a' error message displays on the printer control panel

Try these steps:
Ensure the Cartridge Access Door is Closed:
- Open the cartridge access door.
- Remove the paper path cover and check for any torn paper, labels, or other obstructions.
- Reinsert the paper path cover, ensuring it is fully inserted.
- Close the access door securely.
Clear the Error Message:
- Press the power button to turn off the printer.
- With the printer off, open the cartridge access door.
- Turn on the printer and wait for the carriage to move.
- While the printer is on, unplug it from the power source.
- Remove the ink cartridges carefully and set them aside.
- Turn on the printer again and wait for it to complete the start-up sequence with the access door still open.
- Once the printer is idle, reinstall the ink cartridges. If the error persists, repeat these steps up to three times
