Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi

 

I have a officejet 8500a plus printer and it seems to not want to align and it constantly shows a paper jam error. Once I press ok it feeds the page through then starts printing.

I've done the 3 steps of cleaning that the printer offers but it still has the same issue. Please help
