Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I keep getting the Print Cartridge cannot move error. I've followed all the steps to clearing a possible paper jam but found nothing. I've also done a complete power down and restart but to no avail. Could the issue be a lack of white grease on the carriage bar that the print head moves along? Would the printer mistake slow carriage movement for a paper jam?

If you have already performed the steps from the document 'Carriage Jam' or 'E3' Error Displays and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
