printer does not print the bottom of the pages the printer is HP officejet pro 8024

  • Did you make any changes to your printer? 

  • Are you able to print from other devices?

  • Are you printing from your phone or computer? 

  • What is the operating system?

  • Are you able to make copies from the printer?
