Product: HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
We have HP Officejet Pro 8620 with expired warranty. Today, when attempting to copy documents, the printer sounds like it's scrolling but doesn't pull the paper into the feed. After extended period of time, it gives a failure notice. Now it's not printing documents either. Error message states: "Printer Failure. There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists, contact HP".
We have turned it off / on multiple times. We have added the ink cartridge identified as low. The problem persists. I don't see a way to contact HP. Any suggestions for problem solving appreciated.
