My printer is an HP DeskJet 2600 series.
I have several pdf documents that cause a paper jam and printer reset. Seriously, no other documents that I try to print causes this problem. I know it sounds strange - how could just the pdf documents cause a paper jam? I've tried many many times to print this document and every single time it causes my printer to jam and then resets itself. When I pull out the jam, it's partially printed the second page (smeared), but the first page is nowhere to be found.
I have tried all of the trouble shooting that HP provides to no avail. I have never had this issue until today. Big project due tomorrow....HELP
