HP DeskJet 2710 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer suddenly started feeding the paper through crooked (tilted to the right) when I start printing, this obviously jams the paper and the rollers keep going though the paper does not go through, it then thinks the paper is empty and needs paper to be loaded. I have tried looking in with a flashlight to see if there is any foreign object blocking it but there isn't anything. It looks like the roller is tilted diagonally slightly which makes sense as it is pulling the paper down that way. The printer is out of warranty, what are my options on how this can be fixed please? It is not heavily used at all.

@Sarah230

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help.

If it's a hardware issue then the best option is to take it to an HP authorized service center: https://support.hp.com/gb-en/service-center

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Hi,

The link you provided only gives three options to select between under "Supported Products": Samsung printers; Commercial LaserJet; and A3 Printers. Mine is a DeskJet 2710 so doesn't fall under any of these options. Does this mean I cannot even take in for a repair?

Thanks

Sarah
