Printer keeps giving me a message to load paper. Paper is loaded. I have gone thru the process of cleaning the rollers with no results. Still getting message to load paper.
Would like to know if there is somewhere in Los Angeles I can have printer serviced.

I understand that your printer is not picking up paper, I am glad to assist you.
Reset the printer
Sometimes an error persists even though there is no paper feed issue. Reset the printer, and then try to print.
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
Unplug the power cord from the power source.
Wait 60 seconds.
Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.
Update the printer firmware to install the latest updates
