Product: HP OfficeJet 250 Mobile All-in-One Printer

I have a HP Inkjet 250 all in one printer and it's saying I have a paper jam & there is no paper jammed & also, I'm having feeding issues, like it's not picking up that the paper is there sometimes... how do I fix this problem?
