Product: HP Officejet 6500A Plus e-All-in-One Printer - E710n

Printer is saying paper jam, but have taken all steps to clear jam and there is not a paper jam. There is also a rattling noise when it is warming up.  I have restarted the printer but it hasn’t helped.
