HP Recommended

Hello.  I need help.  I just purchased an HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 all in one printer, and I am having a recurring problem with the installation:  the paper keeps jamming inside the printer.  I have yet to successfully print out a page.  The problem seems to be the internal panel in the rear that has a light blue handle (paper pass cover), which is in a lower position than it should be, and I am unable to remove the panel or adjust it.  Does anyone know what I am talking about, or has anyone had that paper pass cover get stuck?

I have a Mac and HP does not seem to support my uploading of the photo I have taken.

thank you in advance...

@Brad12345, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Check for any packaging materials, cardboards/plastics inside the printer.

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue - Paper Jam Error

Make sure the papers are correctly loaded in the input tray - Loading Paper, Envelopes, Cards

Also, refer to First Time Printer Setup for assistance with printer setup

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
