Feeding the business card sheet into special feed area, goes in fine but when it flips to print on second side the sheet tears at the top card set and then printer jams.  Have tried changing settings, resetting, as well as feeding thru the regular paper try but all the same results.  It was fine for last batch, just started this jamming this week.

While you may have had some success previously, perforated paper was never designed to be duplexed and will never feed reliably. The force applied to the paper when it is turning over causes the perforations to tear. There is not a problem with the printer, this is simply trying to print on media that is not compatible with that method of printing. If you want to duplex, you need to perform a manual duplex and refeed the paper through the straightest paper path, which is usually tray 1 or manual paper tray.
