Product: HP ENVY 7645 e-All-in-One Printer

I called yesterday number was [Content Removed] talk with a max he had me go through and download any desk app so we could see what was wrong with my printer he went through and we started a broadcast any check things and he said something about my IP address or something and then he had me call him back on what I guess was a secured line number was [Content Removed] which I did we talked and you had me go through some other steps open up any desk again allow to get in and then I start the broadcast and then he told me to open up one of my apps or my shopping place or my bank information so I opened up my Amazon account and Just then a message from Amazon popped up saying that someone’s trying to get into your account I asked Max are you trying to get into my account and he said oh no well he was luckily I didn’t get into my bank information I called my local police and reported it
