Printer keeps saying there is a jam but I don’t have a jam. It then said to contact HP.

HP 6968 -product says there is a paper jam. There is none. It then tells me to call HP. Any ideas for troubleshooting ?

Im having the same problem. My OfficeJet Pro says there's a jam, but I see one. My ink cartridge is stuck all the way to the right and I cannot move it more than an inch. That may mean something to do with it. But so far HP has been about as helpful as poking you eye with a stick. I think I'm gonna drop it off a cliff near HP and get another printer. Non-HP.
