Printer makes noise when a print job is received but will not print. This is a new printer, just set up. It did print the 'Congratulations' print job, and will print when I select the 'i' in the circle on the printer itself or print quality diagnostic, but test prints from properties or real print jobs will not print.
Also, I mainly sent jobs wirelessly, but did also test the jobs via a usb cord, still no successful print jobs.
Edited to add: Tried with 2 different Dell laptops and an iPad. Was able to print from iPad, but not the laptops - even with reinstalling drivers, etc.
1. HP Deskjet 3772
2. Microsoft Windows 10 Home; Inspiron 7559; x64-based PC
3. Error message: None

Hi @cindygale,
Such behavior will likely occur due to permissions issues or an affecting software.
first, when the printer is installed, please go to Start > Settings > Security and Update > Windows Update and click Check for Updates now, then click on Optional Drivers and expend the Drivers category, if you see any HP update there be sure to install it and check for any change.
If the same persists, what security software is installed on the computers? maybe any specific antivirus in common?
