HP OfficeJet 8015e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

Printer not printing double sided. Prints 2 pages even though print on both sides option is selected (PDF). Word.doc prompts to Manually Print on both sides and to reload paper when prompted. I have restarted printer to see if that fixes problem but does not. Using the HP Smart Print Option

Try this:

On your computer, go to control panel, right click on devices and printers and select open from the drop down menu. Right click on the icon for your printer and select Printer properties from the drop down menu. Click on the device settings tab and scroll down till you find the setting "Duplex Unit" and change to installed.

Can you confirm what driver is installed? Your description suggests that you may have an Microsoft IPP driver installed and not the correct HP driver.
