Product: HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer

The paper will feed through about an inch and then stop but the white roll bar will continue to spin without the paper. The only way a sheet will actually print is if I guide it through. It’s an OfficeJet 3830. What do I do to get the paper to catch?
