@CNJ8J20H11, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
Check for Paper Jams or Obstructions
Open all access doors (main tray, rear panel, toner access).
Remove any stuck paper or small scraps inside the rollers.
Make sure nothing is blocking the paper path.
Check the Paper Tray
Ensure the paper stack is aligned properly, not bent or curled.
Don't overload the tray.
Fan the pages and reload.
Clean the Paper Feed Rollers
Turn off and unplug the printer.
Use a lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water.
Gently clean the rollers inside the tray area.
Let them dry fully before turning the printer back on.
Check Printer Status in HP Smart
Open HP Smart or HP Printer Assistant on your PC.
Look for any error messages or pending jobs.
Cancel all print jobs and try printing a test page.
Update or Reinstall Printer Driver
Go to HP’s official site and download the latest driver for your model (Windows 10/11).
Uninstall the current driver first from Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
Reboot and reinstall using the fresh download.
Print a Self-Test Page from the Printer
Refer this guide: HP LaserJet Pro Printers - Printing a Self-Test Page | HP® Support
The printer should print a self-test page.
If it doesn’t, it confirms a hardware or paper feed issue.
I hope this helps.
Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
