HP Recommended

I have a HP Envy 5546 printer.  Over the last couple of months I’ve struggled to print because it says paper jam when there isn’t one.  I’ve done everything recommended including cleaning the rollers, it works for a day but then stops.  It sounds like the printer is struggling to pick up the paper from the tray.  My next thought is to get it looked at and repaired.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you.
