Printer was working fine and then I get a paper jam status. Checked the back panel, cleared the jam. Still giving me the error message. I've checked the front cover, changed out the cartridges. It's making an ugly squeaking noise when it trys to do anything. I've cleaned the rollers and don't see any small pieces or objects in there. It doesn't even try and print a paper any more, as soon as the printer turns on I get the paper jam message.

I understand you are facing a paper jam error.
If you have already performed the steps from the document Paper Jam Error and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
