Check for either some sort of debris such as bits of paper or a broken guide in the feed assembly. In some cases debris is hard to get to and the best solution is to use a 2 inch wide piece of card stock and gently force it through the paper path repeatedly in the direction paper normally travels. Never go backwards as this can damage flags. Bits of label can be real challenge to get out. In some cases using a Qtip dampened with WD 40 and wetting the label reside and letting sit for ten minutes will assist in removing label debris.
