Product: HP Deskjet 3051A

I have a deskjet 3051A.  I can send a print job to it (or print a wireless connection report). The display shows "printing" and there is paper but nothing is coming out.  It just keeps showing "printing"

 

Any ideas?

I'd like to help!

 

I understand you are unable to print from a computer.

 

To assist better -

 

  1. How is the printer connected to the device USB or wireless?
  2. What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone? 
  3.  I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
