Hello,
I have tried everything. My OfficeJet Pro 8025e series keeps saying "Paper Jam". I've removed the input and output tray and the paper. It still says the same thing. I opened the inside, removed the thing in the back, and wiped the rollers down with a damp cloth, still says the same thing "Paper Jam". I've watched the videos, and did all the instructions online there's no paper jam. There aren't any tiny pieces in the printer either. It just says, " Paper JAm, Remove any jammed paper and make sure the paper tray is installed". Nothing is working, please help...
