I have tried printing from Windows laptop, through phone and via HP Smart app, with same results. I have turned it off, and turned it back on.
When I send something to print, the printer starts to print and then stops (via PC) or says paper mismatch or misfeed (via App) and churns out blank sheet.
Can not seem to resolve the issue. This occurs whatever is being printed and even if document is set for the size of paper in the feed.

I understand you are not able to print due to this error. Let us try these steps:
Perform the steps mentioned in this document - 'E4' Error Displays (Paper Jam)
Make sure the papers are properly loaded in the tray. I believe you are using regular paper.
Do you have any blinking lights on the printer? If yes, refer to - Blinking Lights
If the issue persists, we will have to perform a factory reset on the printer that may resolve this issue.
