I have a new hp ink tank wireless 410 printer. Printer status is "lid open". although it is closed. Reinstalled the printer, did a print reset. Does not help.

I see that you are facing issues with your hp ink Tank wireless 410 printer

 

I suggest you follow this document's steps to resolve this issue. (Click on the Video ). 


try to open and close the lid  Refer to the manual on Page 66 Link 


Fill ink tankshp-410-Series-Wireless-Ink-Tank-fig-1

Remove black bottle cap, remove seal. Replace cap, flip lid open.hp-410-Series-Wireless-Ink-Tank-fig-2

Open ink tank lid. Remove plug from black tank.hp-410-Series-Wireless-Ink-Tank-fig-3

 

Hold bottle on tank nozzle. Fill ink to line. Replace plug and press firmly to close.hp-410-Series-Wireless-Ink-Tank-fig-4

Repeat steps for each color. Close lid. Save remaining black ink for refilling.

Unpack and power onhp-410-Series-Wireless-Ink-Tank-fig-5

Remove packing material, tape, and two cardboard restraints.hp-410-Series-Wireless-Ink-Tank-fig-6

Plug in the power cord and turn on the printer.hp-410-Series-Wireless-Ink-Tank-fig-7

Connect USB cable only when prompted during software installation.hp-410-Series-Wireless-Ink-Tank-fig-8
