Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7955e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

I am getting an error message that I cannot get rid of.   Paper loaded incorrectly!  it shows that the photo paper is not loaded correctly but I do not use  photo paper as I do not print photos.   I deleted the printer and downloaded it again, but I cannot download the HP Smart app as it requires version 11 or later,  I have 10.14  what do I do.   Would appreciate any suggestions.
