My printer tray 2 won't pick up any paper. It sounds like it is trying but then says paper jam and there is no jam. We have reset the printer, Cleaned the inside of the printer, opened all the doors and cleaned but still will not grip the paper.

You need to clean the rollers as they probably have accumulated a lot of dust
