2 most common causes:
1. The page size setting on the printer itself has been accidently changed and does not match the loaded paper
2. The page size requested by the print job is not what is installed in the printer. Often this is caused when you are printing a PDF and you have selected "select page based on PDF settings" and the PDF was created for a non-standard size or in a different geographical region that uses A4 instead of letter as an example.
