Office Jet Pro 9025 feeds 4X 6 Photo paper fine, but when I switch to 5 X 7, it picks up the paper and acts like it's printing. When done, it spits out a blank sheet. 6 rows of ink streaks are left on the back side of the sheet. Paper is HP Premium Plus Photo Paper (CR669A). It's loaded in Tray 2. I adjust the settings accordingly, and put the paper in the tray glossy side down, just like the 4 X 6 paper. Tried cleaning all the rollers per the support document, to no avail.

Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It seems like you've taken some appropriate troubleshooting steps already. Since the issue persists, here are a few additional suggestions to resolve the problem:
- Paper Size Settings:
- Double-check that the paper size settings in both the printer software and your computer are set to 5x7 inches. Sometimes, there might be a mismatch between the settings in the software and the actual paper size.
- Paper Type Settings:
- Ensure that the paper type setting in the printer software matches the type of paper you're using (in this case, HP Premium Plus Photo Paper).
- Tray Alignment:
- Make sure that the paper guides in Tray 2 are adjusted correctly to fit the 5x7 photo paper. Improper alignment can cause the printer to pick up the paper incorrectly.
- Paper Condition:
- Check the condition of the photo paper. Ensure that it is not curled, damaged, or sticking together. Sometimes, humidity or poor storage conditions can affect the paper.
- Printer Firmware Update:
- Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer. Updating the firmware can sometimes resolve compatibility issues and improve overall performance.
- Try Another Stack of Paper:
- Test with a different stack of 5x7 photo paper. There could be an issue with the current batch of paper you're using.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
