Printer won’t print on sticker paper

My printer won’t print on Cricut sticker paper. It prints only half  the image. I’ve tried every setting I can.

Do you have software and template to create and print stickers ? One more thing which is the media of the stickers ?

My printing labels experiences: I worked over 30 years for few large Data Centers I saw our electricians used a specialized printers. I myself, used few different printers to print labels for our cables and I used few following products from:

               https://www.bradyid.com/applications/wire-and-cable-labeling

I did not use normal printers, very time consuming and very hard to get them (labels) right.
